About Michael

Michael Bowman has passionately been servicing the small to medium business and superannuation sectors for close to 20 years.

Commencing his career at a leading suburban firm in Western Sydney, Michael gained the fundamentals of the accounting profession and the knowledge of the importance of servicing the local small business community.

Several years later, Michael joined Nexia Sydney, specialising his skills in Superannuation and servicing many SMSF clients with both strategic planning advice and compliance matters. He later moved back into the business advisory and taxation world where he progressed to a management level position, honing his skills in a broad range of taxation and advisory areas, assisting clients with tax minimisation, to better structure their affairs to achieve their personal and business objectives.

After settling with his family on the Northern Beaches in 2014, Michael joined Allan Hall and has worked in a Leadership capacity across Superannuation, Business Advisory and Tax. His knowledge, drive, client focus and outstanding ability to provide pragmatic solutions has seen him go from strength to strength. He was ultimately rewarded for his efforts in July 2022 by becoming a Director in the firm.

Michael is passionate about helping our clients succeed with every aspect of their business and financial affairs and also being a leader and mentor to team members at the Northern Beaches’ premier accounting firm.

What you may not know about Michael

Michael loves staying active within the Northern Beaches Community. You will find him every morning at 5.30am at the gym, running around pretending to be half his age at Touch Footy down at Nolans Reserve, or cheering on one of his three boys at Dee Why Nippers or at the home of the mighty Narraweena Hawks. He is also a passionate Sydney Roosters supporter which doesn’t sit well with many of his clients and fellow team members!
