Manly Aluminium Windows have been an accounting client of Allan Hall for many years. They are a team of highly skilled craftsmen with a strong reputation and over 20 years of experience in custom designing, building and installing quality windows and doors. This company is a great example of how all of our divisions have worked together to fulfill their business and personal needs.
Tim Helman, our finance broker, in consultation with our accountants, arranged finance to separate company from personal debt, which was effective in differentiating between deductable and non-deductable debts. He arranged finance to purchase new premises at very competitive rates through our affiliated commercial lenders and has also arranged finance for around 12 of their vehicle and equipment acquisitions. Most recently, Tim restructured all their borrowings and significantly reduced their monthly repayments.
Chris Malicki in Allan Hall Financial Planning was able to organise effective buy/sell agreements and insurance cover to fund the agreements.
Jamie Webster from Allan Hall Safety & Environment recently updated their safety management system and reviewed some of their day to day safety requirements in the workshop. Some of these requirements included establishing emergency management procedures, developing safe work method statements and operating procedures for their machines and equipment in the workshop.
Gordon Parish from Allan Hall Human Resource Services provided them with an HR People Management system as a resource to support their bookkeeper and Production Manager. He has reviewed all their employment arrangements and prepared new contracts of employment for all staff. He has also effectively recruited staff to fill a number of key roles within the company at a fraction of the cost of a recruitment agency.
Greg Wakeham from Insurance Advisernet provided business insurance at 25% less than they were previously paying, with considerably broader cover. He arranged workers compensation insurances and gave advice on which contractors were required to be declared as deemed workers. He combined all of the client’s motor vehicles into a fleet insurance policy to obtain broader cover and reduce premiums. He assisted them to obtain Home Owners Warranty insurance and arranged project-specific certificates.
