Gordon Parish from Allan Hall Human Resource Services provided advice to DATS on handling all the HR issues associated with the merger of two separate businesses and has assisted them with a range of day to day payroll issues. He has provided them with a customised People Management system which provides HR procedures, templates and tools to support the Operations Manager and bookkeeper. He also was able to provide them with valuable assistance in handling an audit by the Department of Industrial Relations.

Jamie visited the workplace and performed a safety inspection, auditing the site for safety improvement and legal compliance on a number of criteria including safety documentation, public safety, worker safety, plant and equipment, workplace environment, management commitment, safety at heights and more.

Greg Wakeham, our preferred supplier of General Insurance, initially saved them over $20,000 on their plant, equipment and liability insurances. He has provided advice on workers compensation matters and also undertook a risk review of their premises and business activities and recommended strategies to manage risk and reduce insurance premiums.
