Ongoing learning and development

Allan Hall is committed to the learning and development of our employees.

We are proud to have demonstrated our strength in this area by winning the Northern Beaches 2009 Local Employer Awards in the Personal Growth and Development Category.

We offer financial and learning support through the Chartered Accountant (CA) program and other postgraduate studies.  We provide a comprehensive induction program, on-the-job mentoring, weekly staff development sessions and access to internal and external training programs as needed.
