Having commenced her career in commercial accounting, Karen moved into public practice, gaining experience with Coopers & Lybrand/ PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Allan Hall in 2000.


 
As Client Service Director for the audit division, Karen is responsible for servicing, monitoring and conducting audits for a variety of clients ranging from public companies to small and large private businesses. Her areas of expertise include:
  • statutory audits
  • special purpose audits
  • advice regarding application of Australian International Financial Reporting Standard (AIFRS)
  • preparation of special purpose and statutory financial reports

Karen’s industry specialisations include:

  • Australian Subsidiaries of International Companies
  • Transport and Storage
  • Franchising
  • Importing, Wholesale and Distribution  

Karen is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has a Bachelor of Business degree.
