He has worked with a number of Australia’s leading employer organisations, was the National Industrial Relations Manager for Alcan Australia Limited for six years and has run his own human resource management consulting firm for over 12 years. He has worked with small businesses through to large corporations across many different industries. Gordon is a highly experienced HR management professional with a wealth of experience in all aspects of HR from recruitment through to managing employee performance and termination of employment. Gordon has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in industrial relations. He is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. |
